iDieselMax™ T REX: XLW Spin On Water Vessel, Thick Base, ICE 1” Head

The T REX vessel comprises an XL water vessel with sight glass on the side plus a water cartridge.

• Can be mounted using an ICE 1” head or a 1” yellow head, depending on how much space is allowed
• Water vessel has a thicker base at the bottom with two ½” ports blanked off
• ½” ports are there for a drain tap, water sensor etc.
• Note: the spigot shaft does not have pick up holes on the lower third of the shaft which gives extra place to accumulate water before draining
• T REX can be mounted to vehicles or larger compressors

Description: T REX is the latest on-board pre-filtration for all types of equipment

• Aimed at addressing the worst possible contaminated fuels, it was originally designed for a 300-truck fleet in Papua New Guinea where water in fuel is a major issue all over the country & a leading cause of most of their engine failures
• iCerMax adapted a bulk dispensing filter to an on-board spin on filter to ensure capacity & efficiency of equipment

The T Rex offers:

• Two-stage filtration for highly contaminated fuels
• Permanent water coalesce which removes both free & suspended water
• Particle pre-filtration using 10 micron cellulose paper which extends the capacity and efficiency of final filtration of OEM filters

iSo-SpecSure™ bag cartridge consists of bag filter layers (various micron ratings), multi-depth synthetic layers (various micron ratings) and multi-internal structural supports and media support layers

iSo-SpecSure™ bag cartridge fits perfectly into our current bag filter vessel and can be used in conjunction with our bag filter vessel with either a double or a triple layer guff bag

Description: iCerMax™ Steel Manifold with one 1 ½” inlet and two 1 ½” outlets

• Manifold is 127 mm in diameter & manufactured from 3 mm thick EN10025 piping
• Inlet & outlets manufactured from SABS62 wrought iron

Manifold can be securely bolted to the ground using rawl bolts & the 10 mm diameter holes in the brackets on each side of the manifold
